This is a low-poly, mobile-ready Mei blaster I created for my uni project. The gun itself has to be up to 5,500 tris and we could only use a single, 1024x1024 diffuse texture. This was a bit of a challenge when it came to representing metal properly with just a diffuse - but I got by with the combination of the right kind of baked maps - such as the fallout map and gradient map. This will be updated to fix issues that are visible, such as the seams on the textures.
