This monument was designed by the artist Anne de Carbuccia to honor more than five thousand trees that were demolished at the end of July 2023 by a mega storm held in Milano, Italy. This artwork been created using “spolia” which means use the trunks of the trees that been damaged by that storm. those trunks were numbered like Archeological artifacts by serial numbers by the Civil Defence. She have been planted in the ground to form an organic semi-circle enclosing a sculpted bench. On the bench is engraved in Roman numerals the date of the Super storm XXV VII MMXXIII.
