More model information

Adopted in early 2000s, initially issued for SF units, later on fielded for use by regulars as early as 2003, slowly replacing the PASGT helmet. First issued ib reversible woodland/desert camo. seen here in the models are the reversible covers, where the desert side has the rear flaps inside-out. starting from 2005 the woodland/desert camos are slowly replaced by the universally-detested yet iconic Universal Camo Pattern. Included are accessories such as X800 and ESS Goggles (and their sleeve covers), surfire lights, MS2000 strobe
