This is a Microsoft surface studio 2. This model consists of 242,774 faces and 242,742 verts. This model was made in blender but you will be getting other formatts such as 3ds obj and fbx. This also includes the accessories like the stylus, dial, keyboard, and mouse. This model also has a small animation of it rasing and lowering on its stand its just a small one I made for fun. You can not see the animation since I used the obj file instead of the blender file and you can only see the animation in the blender file.
