More model informationThe minaret of the XVII century adjoins the south facade of the mosque and stands on a cubic base. The trunk of the minaret has a slight taper to the upper belt. On the upper part of the trunk below the belt there is a very interesting detail - a ring in a ring, hewn from a single stone and decorated with screw carvings. There is a staircase with stone slabs of steps inside it. Their outer ends are embedded in the wall and the inner ones rest on each other and, being rounded, form round pillars. There are 72 steps in all with a normal rise of 15cm. The mosque and the minaret are made of chopped stone on an earthen mortar.
