The results from a Membrane Interface Probe (MIP) survey of a petroleum hydrocarbon (PHC) groundwater plume completed by Vertex in Eastern Canada.
This particular visualization has a cut of the MIP response, PID detector, in the middle of the plume to expose the interior and show the rapid changes in response from baseline with vertical and horizontal distance. The exposed portion of the plume has a transparent shell overtop of to indicate the full size and scope of the PHC dissolved phase plume.
