A whimsical yet unsettling bronze miniature sculpture, capturing a wildly exaggerated face with a massive protruding nose, bulging eyes, and a tongue defiantly sticking out. The smooth yet expressive bronze finish channels the tradition of caricature masks, merging elements of absurdist folk art with surrealist playfulness.

In local tavern lore, this “Mocking Face” belonged to a trickster spirit who would imitate and taunt passersby until they laughed—or cursed. Legend says its expression was frozen in bronze as punishment, so it could mock the world forever but never speak again.
