Male late secondary instar larva of Xenos vesparum (Strepsiptera, Xenidae). The cuticle is transparent. The specimen was reared in June 2019 from in laboratory infested hosts (Polistes dominula, Hymenoptera, Vespidae) by Hans Pohl.
