More model information

This is a 3D mesh of a young male Anolis garmani lizard with an extended dewlap The 3D model was created through integrating three data sets - a 3D photogrametry scan of a preserved male A. garmani (Univ. Florida, uf:herp:122009 specimen ID), a CT scan of a young male Anolis garmani (Morphosource, Anolis sp., P1059), and open-access photographs, as well as from Jon Suh and Janson Jones.

We thank Dave Blackburn, Ed Stanley, and Coleman Sheehy from the University of Florida for providing access to the specimen, and Illiam Jackson and Tobias Uller for enabling the CT Scans. Nathalie Feiner faciliated the CT scan and provided feedback. Jonathan Losos guided the project and provided funding for completion. CG artist Johnson Martin created the model using Blender and other software.
