CGCookie.com Modeling Bootcamp exercise: Model w/Primitives, No Edit Mode Allowed.

I’m pretty happy with this. I think I spent roughly five hours on it over the last night and this morning.

I was really trying to apply what I learned about snapping. With Edit Mode unavailable, I found the spacing of the keyboard keys, and the tilt of the keyboard most difficult to snap. I eventually eyeballed those things. Not totally defeated, however, I was super happy when I got my mouse’s buttons to snap the faces of its icosphere.

This was a great exercise!
