Here’s a free asset to kickstart your game about mechs! Use it however you like so long as you provide attribution.
This mech is rigged and has animations for moving in all directions. The animations are designed for blending (e.g. using Godot’s BlendSpace2D
). The head is a separate object that can be pivoted to look in any direction. An example Godot project is included with an AnimationTree
and a script for basic movement.
The weapon attachment points are marked by Empty objects in blender, and the weapons are stored in a separate blend file. Simply instance the weapons and parent them to the attachment points. Let me know if you’d like to see more attachments or features. Go make something awesome!
This asset uses the AAP-64 palette from lospec.
