I modeled these Sidewalks to be use in any exterior scene, game, render composition. It comes with many ways of use in other projects with good topoligy and not destructive modelling to be easy to modifie the mesh and in the doc files such Blender and Unity it comes with material to be easy set the color of the model.

And the objects have proper pivot points locations.

BONUS: It comes with one PBR textures as example of use, you can set any texture in these model for diferent results.
