This PBR Material have procedural base textures. Base material is created in Substance Designer . https://www.artstation.com/artwork/lVrQxa Texture layers of Procedural Material was assigned as base texture on high poly model ,then was baked on low poly plane inside XNormal . I baked all texture types ,then also Height ,Normal and Ambient of high poly. Mixing and adjustments of all this textures was also done in Substance Designer.
