This is a high-resolution Digital Outcrop Model of the Mont Mercou outcrop at the boundary of Glen Torridon clay-bearing unit and the lower sulfates unit of Gale crater on planet Mars.
This model is made using Navcam and Mastcam photos taken between sols 3047-3117 by the Curiosity rover. The texture has been computed from Mastcam color images only.
3D Model computed by Simeon Schmauss at LPG Nantes (UMR 6112 CNRS). Contributions S. Le Mouélic / G. Caravaca (14/02/2025)
