Motherland Calls! (Volgograd)

The statue is an allegorical image of the Motherland calling its children to fight the enemy. Together with the memorial complex “To the Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad”, the monument “Motherland Calls!” is a symbol of the heroism and patriotism of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War and a tribute to the memory of those who died in the Battle of Stalingrad.
