Starting with experimental Perlin mountains, I focused on controlling where my lakes would form, allowing other potential lakes to become rivers. This is sort of an advanced technique study, one of two I did this week, focused on creating better mountain lakes. I’ll be posting this on the World Machine forum, where the .tmd will be made available to anyone able to use the development build 4027, Artist Point version of World Machine.
