A fragment of a wooden mummy board with polychrome decoration on the exterior face. The object consists of two pieces, which have been glued together in modern times. Part of the wig, which is painted blue, is preserved. A large broad collar is also present, with several rows of drop pendants visible. A square pectoral containing hieroglyphs and two wadjet eyes is located on the chest. The arms are crossed right over left on the chest. Below the arms is a large winged scarab pushing sun disk. The inner face is void of decoration, although there are traces of a brown plaster. Stylistically, the object dates to the Twenty-first Dynasty (c. 1075–950 BC). On long-term loan to the Egypt Centre since 1971 following the dispersal of the Wellcome collection.
