The man, standing, has torn clothes, plays a flute and looks at the woman playing the mandolin; he wears a tricorn hat on his head, has a long plait, an overskirt with breeches and sandals. A young woman is sitting on a grassy stone playing the mandolin. She is facing the man. Her hair is tied back in a knot. Narrow ruff, skirt and blouse with a large décolleté. The woman is barefoot. The group of figures is by Simon Troger and can be found in the Heiligenkreuz Abbey Museum. Ivory; wood; h 24.5 cm x l 33 cm; c. 1760.
