Mysterious laboratory

When I saw the concept (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/L22V3r) of this brilliant artist at first time, I just completely fall in love with it. This laboratory keeps lots of secrets inside, but whatever heinous experiments were held there, it seems, there is always someone to take care about its ‘subjects’.
