N13 Hacker (Strom)

This is my character I created for the Dichotomous Character project at University. The basis for my character was in the dichotomy of ‘control’ and ‘resistance’, where my character represents ‘resistance’.

He lives in a world where the land has been divided into allocated cells or ‘nations’ which are controlled by industrialists. Strom lives as a hacker who plugs himself into terminals to connect to the inter-network to topple the governments that control the populations.

I really enjoyed making this as it was my first time using ZBrush to produce base sculpts and also to use PBR materials. I definitely enjoyed this more than my other character project. Due to time constraints, I wasn’t able to fully rig the character, and next time I would like to create a more substantial plinth and include more alphas.
