Neuron: Neurons (or nerve cells) are the fundamental units of the brain and nervous system. This complete structure is a simplified version of a neuron cell.

Myelin Sheath: The myelin sheath is a plasma membrane wrapped around the axon.

Nucleus: The nucleus is a double-membraned organelle that contains the genetic material.

Dendrites: Dendrites are short, branching fibres extending from the cell body of the nerve cell.
