Really wanted to get back into blender and turn some neat pictures into 3D models. Took a while to work on this but definitely learned alot through tutorials and experimentation.
Things I learned: Lighting Material Node editing Modeling Texture Nodes Blender 2.8 basics
I wanted to give a thanks for those who put tutorials out there for people like me. I learned for Ducky 3D, Grant Abbitt, TutsbyKai, Curtis Holt, Royal Skies LLC and a special shoutout to Mclelun!
Alas before I could post what I thought was a completed project in Blender 2.8 EEVEE, it seems that the materials I used did not transfer over the way I would hope, even in Blender Cycles the model looked nothing the way I wanted it to but I was still able to transfer the materials (with alot of tweaking)!! Original Picture Link Here! Was not able to get the geometric normal shading I worked hard on to imitate the shading like the picture…
