It is rather a PBS Material (Physically Based Shading) as it is a PBR Shader. The metal areas in the color map are not black that`s the only different. But since there are only small metal parts it doesn´t matter , so you can use it like a specular PBR workflow as well. The maps are basically made for Unity for it´s metallic/smoothness PBS Material. To use it in Unity you have to download the additional file as well. Here you can find the metallicRGBA tif texture, which has an alpha channel for the smoothness information. Unity needs alpha channel it can´t load the maps seperately. But I provide you with metalness/roughness PBR as well in the add file

To use it in Cinema 4D correctly as PBR you must take the sperated textures. But when you use Beckman for instance you have to set the blend mode to Max or Average Then you have PBS shading. The smoothness map you must invert blackpoints
