More model information

The level was manufactured in Germany around 1900-1920. It is a device from the field of mine surveying that is used to measure differences in the height of the ground. With the help of the telescope and a precise spirit level, two measuring rods are aimed. This specimen was used in the Robert Müser colliery in Bochum and thus underground.
