More model informationTwo adjoining fragments of the inscription were discovered, while the Czechoslovak expedition searched for the lost fragments of the previous Inscription No. 10. It was discovered in a heap of stones which formed a kind of shelter above the north slope of Gebel el-Girgawi. ‘Year 9‘ refers probably to the reign of King Senusret I, as did other dated rock inscriptions at Naga el-Girgawi, which corresponded to Year 29 of King Amenemhat I.
