More model information

This is an experiment about a small statue of odin I have at home. This is “as it is” out of Agisoft Photoscan. The project took only 38 pictures and I did it to check a comparesment between Fuel3D scan and cheap photogrammetry. The setting was… No setting at all. No lamps. No care. No time. The camera is a cheap and old Sony CybershotDSC-s700 with only 7.2 Megapixels. I was amazed by the result by this little camera and the number of the pictures. The Fuel 3D model took such a long time to stich that I abandoned. Unfortunatly 3DFuel workflow is very complicated and the type of objects you can scan are very limited.

If this model was to be done as a props for game, film or another production that dind’t required a closeup it would have been good enought.

Decimated with Zbrush decimation master.

Contact me if you want this “game ready” of “3Dprinting ready” so I can make it happen.
