More model informationThis was an oil lamp I created for an assignment in a 3D course I took for modeling 3D game assets. This was the original hand in for that assignment. It was a maximum of 3000 triangles, two materials, and 1024 textures. This model was a great starting piece and I have since updated it to improve the edge flow and UV’s.
Because this model was one of my earlier models I have very rough edges on the rounded parts due to trying to stay under the 3000 triangle limit. The updated model better distributes those triangles to improve the silhouette and edge flow.
