This huge lime tree stands in the park of the moated castle of Pottendorf. The trunk is marked by its centuries-long existence and so today lives only the outer shell.

Due to its old age, the tree was given the status of a natural monument.

To illustrate the size of the tree, the silhouette of a pair of lovers was placed semi-transparent in the scenery.

Thank you for your interest, but for the moment there are no plans to making the tree-models downloadable.

However, I am thinking about the possibility of distributing them, in the near future.

Ja, ist ein genialer Baum! Die Schwierigkeit sind halt immer die dünneren Äste.

Trotzdem sollte man diese Naturwunder dokumentieren, wer weiss ob sie nach dem nächsten Sturm noch stehen.

Diesen Baum wollte ich auch schon immer aufnehmen. War letztes Mal im Sommer dort, da war noch zu viel Grünzeug im Weg.
