Old sweet chestnut tree in Kew Gardens

Terrestrial LiDAR scan of a large and heavily pollarded Castanea sativa (Sweet chestnut) located in Kew Gardens. The team at Kew estimated this tree to be ~200 years old. A close of the stem can be seen here.
