Oreodonts are an extinct herbivorous North American artiodactyls that lived from the Middle Eocene through the end of the Miocene (between about 40 million and 5.3 million years ago). This specimen was recovered from the Brule Formation in the Badlands of South Dakota. Courtesy of the Natural History Society of Maryland which has given permission for the model to be downloadable for non-commercial educational purposes.
