The OTS-38 is a likely candidate for the weirdest revolver in existence. From a glance, the weapon resembles a traditional double action revolver but possesses some very unorthodox features. The revolver is not designed to be a standard sidearm, it is suited for covert and clandestine operations. It was developed and has been in service with the Russian Federation since 2002.
