More model informationOver the course of the Ouse and Derwent excavations we recovered hundreds of sherds of Iron Age and Romano-British pottery. They came in all shapes and sizes and a variety of ceramic fabric types, and ranged in date from the Middle Iron Age (c300 BC) through to the later Roman period.
The pots shown here have been created digitally, based on the specialist drawings shown in the background, to give an idea of what some of the complete vessels may have looked like when in use.
