TRURI : 1989.62.10 - A pair of heeled pumps in cream damask, matching the cream bodice (TRURI : 1989.62.9, also on Sketchfab). Lined with kid leather and with a bow trim. Maker’s label ’ W.H. Dutton and Sons, Knightsbridge.’ These form part of the trousseau (a wedding gift to the bride, normally consisting of clothing, jewellery, linens and household items) of Edith Williams. Edith was married to Reverend Sidney Cooper, 9th January 1890.
