More model informationScene made in 3DS Max using 3 Particle Flows of 3 different meshes : Grass, broadleaf cattail and a flower.
I did 2 different meshes for the grass, added a cut in the center to bend each grass in an opposite direction. This way it’s nearly impossible to see the faces from above.
In the Particle View, I used a data operator (Event) with Matrix operands and Quaternion rotation in order to align particles to the normals of a sphere. Very useful to scatter objects on an uneven surface.
