Pedro Eleodoro Paulet Mostajo (July 2, 1874 – January 30, 1945) was a peruvian engineer considered as a precursor of propulsion air navigation and a pioneer of the space age. He was a multidisciplinary scholar: architect, engineer, mechanic, chemist, economist, geographer, sculptor, diplomat, writer, journalist, lecturer and visionary inventor.
