The tiny icosahedra mark the vertices of an Icosadodecahedron in which the antiprism and great circle are inscribed.
The red struts represent the symmetry axis of the anti-prism and the normal to the great circle plane.
This model was built with vzome.
It can be constructed using standard zometool balls and red struts.
