(Not Catalogued - Sample #F1) This is a petrified fossil. This specimen is from the Alberta Badlands near the Royal Tyrell Museum. This a petrified bone from a dinosaur. The estimated age of this bone is 72 million years old. You can tell that this specimen is a bone because it is broken and you can see the internal structure of the bone which looks bubbly and webbed. The outside of the bone is smooth with a grained texture.
