3D scan of a Plateosaurus (Plateosaurus trossingensis) skeleton. Plateosaurus trossingensis was an herbivore, “prosauropod” dinosaur with a small skull but a long neck and tail. This skeleton consists of original bones, as well as 3D print-reconstructions; details can be seen in the graphic below.
