The Porsche Cayenne is a five—seat mid-size sports crossover produced by the German automotive company Porsche. The production of the first generation began in 2002, in North America the implementation began in 2003. The name of the model, Cayenne, is formed by the name of the capital of French Guiana. The frame and doors of the Porsche Cayenne are unified with the Volkswagen Touareg. The design, tuning and production of the Porsche Cayenne are carried out by Porsche. The engine has electromagnetic injectors, injection of mixed fuel at a pressure of 120 bar, with an accuracy of up to milliseconds. The engine has an active cooling system. 20% of the coolant passes longitudinally through the cylinder block jacket, 80% transversely. The cylinder block is made of aluminum.
