Made with Blender, textures in Photoshop. I had some issues with uploading .blend 4.0 files to sketchfab, so it’s exported and uploaded as gltf.
At first I wanted to animate the tentacles, but rigging with bendy bones was too much of a hassle. If there was any possibility of normalizing or even measuring curve segment length, it would be easy to do it by keyframing nurbs setups, without any armatures. Unfortunately, there is no such option, even tho mesh segment (edge) length preview is already a feature.
