More model information

LnCaP prostate cancer cells. The cells are stained with a nuclear stain (dark blue), a fluorescent ligand for alpha1-adrenoceptors (Bodipy FL-Prazosin, shown in white) and a fluorescent form of the cannabinoid ligand AM251 (Tocrifluor T1117, shown in light blue). This particular ligand has low affinity for CB1 but high affinity for GPR55 receptors which are shown here.

Data was collected using confocal microscopy. The dataset was provided by Dr Craig J. Daly, School of Life Sciences, CMVLS, University of Glasgow.
