Instrumento hallado en el sitio arqueológico Tunel 1, segundo componente (canal Beagle, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina). Arpón confeccionado en hueso de cetáceo, en su cabeza tiene dos púas en forma de V y su base es cruciforme. (Denominado vulpicéfalo en Piana 1984). Publicado en : Orquera y Piana (1986/1987). Colección CADIC-CONICET (Tunel-D-IV-1253). Escaneado con Smart 3D scanner.

V-shaped barbed head (VS): made of cetacean bone. They have two barbs set on the same side and in the same space one would occupy, for which reason they look like a single very thick barb divided in two (called “vulpicéfalas” in Piana 1984).
