Drievoetige doos (pyxis / tripod kothon) gedecoreerd met plantmotieven en mythologische figuren Aardewerk, Korinthe (Griekenland), 575-550 v. Chr. Allard Pierson [inv. 1942] Deel met de hand gemaakt (de poten, met plakken klei) en deels gedraaid.

Three-legged container (pyxis / kothon) decorated with plant motives and mythological figures Pottery, Corinth (Greece), 575-550 BC. Allard Pierson [inv. 1942] Partly hand-built with slab building technique (the legs), and partly wheel-thrown.

Technical details Scanned with the DAVID SLS-3, single camera (4MP), 120mm calibration size, HP 3D Scan Pro 5.6.0 scanning and processing software. Mesh simplification with Meshlab using Quadric Edge Collapse Decimation filter, decimated from 7653542 to 558279 vertices (1.60GB>161MB OBJ). Resolution (vertex spacing) scans: 0.19mm. Res. mesh: 0.18mm. Scanned and processed by Loes Opgenhaffen.
