Round, deep dish.

Oxidized earthenware/redware.

Decorated with two concentric bands of slip (pipeclay/white clay) and a trailed line. The rim edge is also covered in slip. The well is decorated with bird and floral motifs using a slip-trailing technique. The interior of the dish is covered with a clear lead glaze. Green lead glaze covers the central motif and has trickled down over the marli and rim.

Two small holes for hanging are located near the edge. The dish has been glued together in several places.

A small piece of the rim is missing; otherwise, the dish is in good condition.
