More model informationSimilar to the RedBull Air Race, where competitors fly airplanes accross a timed obstacle course, the RedBull Space Race brings the challenge yet to another level where each country around the world competes in a space race across our solar system.Taking-off from the RedBull Space pad on Earth, they go to Mars, then head back towards Jupiter’s orbit, Neptune’s surface, then cross the finish line back at the race landing pad on Earth.
Each registered country receives the same race pod designed to be flown by a single pilot, located in the cockpit in nose of the pod. Equipped with one main thruster in the center and 9 secondary thrusters for direction.
