Reviver/ Lightning Dog

This creature is from Half Life Alyx, from a Garry’s Mod addon which adds HL:A npcs to the game.

The Reviver (or Lightning Dog), can make a smoke cloud, shoot lightning orb things, build a nest out of xen infestation around it, and will go into headcrab zombie corpses and give them the ability to make lightning in the ground. When killed, they drop a Reviver Heart, which can be used to open combine doors.
