You are free to use this model in any way.

Click download and select original format. Unzip the downloaded file and open the source folder. The FBX file can be loaded into UE4 selecting the UE4_Mannequin for the skeleton. Texture and normal maps will be loaded automatically. The 3 extra textures in the textures folder are for the metallic nodes in the appropriate material blueprints (load these into UE4 manually) - also set the roughness value to 0.2 for each of these materials
