My grand-mother passed away yesterday. I had a chance to take a 3D portrait of her 3 years ago when she came to NY to meet my just born son William. Resharing it today, in memoriam.

She was an incredible woman, with an amazing energy. She travelled to half the countries of the globe with my grand-father. She was a great cook. She took us hiking across the Alps, and would carry a cooking set to make us pancakes in the mountain. She was still driving her car last week. She was still skiing and playing ping-pong a few years ago. She had 5 kids, 31 grand kids, and 33 great-grand kids, including my 2-week-old Esther. She was very thin, and had an incredible class. When she came to NY 3 years ago, I took her to Sketchfab HQ, we went to the roof top of the Standard hotel, we went shopping on 5th avenue, and I even went to Stomp with her. I will miss you Bonne-Maman, rest in peace.
