Simple Robotic Arm Model – SolidWorks 2025 Exercise
This is a conceptual robotic arm, I modelled as part of an exercise in SolidWorks 2025. The design is entirely based on assumed measurements and created from imagination, with no real-world prototyping involved.
The robotic arm features 6 degrees of freedom, powered by a combination of 2 NEMA23 and 4 NEMA17 stepper motors. The model was developed purely for practice and learning purposes, with a focus on basic mechanical design and articulation.
If you’re interested in exploring the assembly further or need access to the original SolidWorks assembly file (including all part files), feel free to reach out to me on LinkedIn — I’d be happy to share it on request.
In case of any doubts, need for help, or guidance regarding mechanical design or modelling, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m always open to sharing knowledge and learning together.
