Partially complete model of Rodney’s Stone, an 8th century AD Pictish symbol stone at Brodie Castle. It has a carved Christian cross with interlace decoration on the west face and Pictish symbols on the east. The symbols include two paired sea monsters at the top, a Pictish beastie in the centre, and a double disc and Z-rod at the bottom. There are traces of ogham inscriptions along the vertical edges including the name ‘Ethernan’
